Draven is a Noxian champion known for his showmanship and hunger for glory. He is Darius's brother.

Their story, step by step
- Step 1
Brothers on the streets
Draven was born in Basilich, in Noxus, and grew up an orphan. He survived through fighting and the protection of his older brother Darius. The two grew into skilled fighters despite their poverty.
- Step 2
Joining the army
When Noxus conquered Basilich, a captain named Cyrus met the brothers. Draven rashly tried to kill him, but Cyrus was impressed and recruited them both. Draven served for years but resented how little glory army life brought him.
- Step 3
Leaving Darius's warband
As Darius rose in rank, Draven joined his warband. The arrangement failed, and the lore is unclear whether he left or was pushed out. The brothers' rivalry and differing values clearly played a part.
- Step 4
The Reckoning Pits
Draven fought in several warbands before taking a contract in the Reckoning Pits. As a gladiator he found his calling, wowing crowds with spinning axes and showmanship. He craved their adoration above anything else.
- Step 5
Decline and a patron
As Noxus's long wars drew attention away, interest in the Pits faded and Draven sank into drink and gambling. Former general Swain found him in that state and backed his rise. Draven repaid him by helping Swain's coup, and Swain now calls him a friend and ally.

Return to the arena
A man named 2 Karl offered Draven the chance to revive the Reckoners' arena business, and Draven accepted. During Viego's conquests he challenged the Ruined King and lost, which left him Ruined.

Where their story stands now

Before Noxus existed, the Immortal Bastion belonged to Mordekaiser, whose reign is remembered as the Age of Tyranny. After the Rune Wars the Noxii tribes took the fortress and founded modern Noxus.
