Who they are
Annie is a child mage from the Ironspike Mountains of Noxus whose pyromantic power flares up with her emotions. She has learned to channel it through her beloved stuffed bear, Tibbers.
She lost her family after a house fire and now wanders Noxus alone. Tibbers hides a bound fire demon, and that bond makes her both vulnerable and very dangerous.
Their story belongs to Noxus. An empire that rewards strength, wherever it comes from.
Their story, step by step
- Step 1
A fevered baby
Annie was born in the Ironspike Mountains to the mages Gregori Hastur and Amoline Kiosar, who left Noxus's capital out of worry over Boram Darkwill. Gregori did not know Amoline had run from the Ravenbloom Conservatory, where she had been fused with the fire demon Tybaulk.
- Step 2
Tibbers
When baby Annie fell dangerously ill, Amoline put Tybaulk into a teddy bear she had made. It cured Annie, but Amoline died. Annie named the bear Tibbers.
- Step 3
The house fire
Gregori remarried, giving Annie a stepmother, Leanna, and stepsister, Daisy. Daisy drowned after slipping into a river while Annie reached out with a flaming Tibbers, and Leanna blamed Annie. In grief and rage Annie set her room alight and the house burned; Gregori threw her to safety but was crushed. When Leanna tried to rip Tibbers apart, he appeared as the full demon and killed her.
- Step 4
Wandering
Orphaned, Annie drifted through northern Noxus, talking families into sheltering her. Each arrangement ended in fire and death when someone tried to part her from Tibbers.
- Step 5
Ravenbloom
A scout, Fynn Retrick, saw Amoline in her and brought her to the Conservatory. She was extremely powerful but impossible to teach. After she called up Tibbers in full, the school burned and she skipped away happily.
Turning points
- Amoline binding Tybaulk into Tibbers to save her
- The house fire and Tibbers' first full awakening
- Burning down Ravenbloom Conservatory
Where their story stands now
Annie is a young wandering orphan with only Tibbers for company. The Black Rose's intentions toward her and Tybaulk, and whether she will ever control her power, remain open.
