Who they are
Lulu is a yordle from Bandle City.
Their story belongs to Bandle City. A pocket of the spirit realm where yordles live, and time runs strange.
Their story, step by step
- Step 1
A Chase Into the Glade
Lulu was a kind yordle from Bandle City. She followed what looked like an injured bird, actually the faerie Pix playing a prank, and without noticing crossed into the spirit realm, to a place called the Glade. Pix turned her walking stick into a magic staff there.
- Step 2
Time Out of Mind
Time lost its meaning in the Glade, and her stay could have been days or centuries. When she woke back in the material world, her powers were greater. She could enlarge creatures, change colours and turn beings into animals.
- Step 3
Wandering Prankster
With Pix she travelled Runeterra pulling pranks, such as turning Freljordian weapons into flowers mid-conflict and Demacian children into toadstools. Later she travelled with Tristana, chased her slippery Whispering Doodad through a battle with Noxian forces, and joined the rescue of Teemo from Graves in Bilgewater.
Turning points
- Following Pix into the Glade
- Returning with enhanced powers
- Joining the rescue of Teemo
Where their story stands now
Lulu is still wandering and close to Tristana, Corki and Teemo. She hides a fear that other yordles may despise her, and she has not returned to the Glade.

Where this fits in the story
- Bandle City · step 1
Where it is
Bandle City exists in the spirit realm and connects to Runeterra through magical gateways and bandlewoods, places where spirit magic seeps into the material world.
- Bandle City · step 2
How it is run
There is no real government. Tristana leads the Bandle Gunners, and the Bandle Scouts keep a rulebook about adventure and teamwork.
- Bandle City · step 3
Yordles in the world
Many yordles live elsewhere. Kennen joined Ionia's Kinkou Order, Poppy became a legendary Demacian warrior and Heimerdinger is an inventor in Piltover.
- Bandle City · step 4
An ancient people
Yordles built their gateway system thousands of years ago. The discovery of Gnar, a prehistoric yordle frozen in time, suggests they are an ancient race.
