The story, step by step

  1. Mist over Bilgewater

    Miss Fortune's fragile rule is threatened when Black Mist reaches the port. Illaoi, Braum, Yasuo, Ahri and Pyke join for different reasons, making the voyage an alliance of people who do not initially trust one another.

  2. The Shadow Isles

    The party crosses a landscape created by Viego's refusal to accept Isolde's death. The Mist weaponizes each member's guilt and desire, while Thresh manipulates Viego and Pyke for his own advancement.

  3. The king contained

    The group combines Buhru ritual, personal sacrifice and mutual trust to stop Viego's expansion. The victory is regional rather than a total end to the Ruination, preserving the larger conflict while resolving the party's journey.
